quality of the Internet network and \/ or technical configurations, which are outside its control.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\nA\u00a0rcelorMittal\u00a0can not be held responsible for any direct\u00a0and \/\u00a0or indirect\u00a0damage\u00a0including loss of profits, customers, data or any other loss of intangible property, loss of profits or any other loss or damage that may occur the use or otherwise of the impossibility to access the Sites, even if\u00a0A\u00a0rcelorMittal\u00a0has been informed of the potential for such damage.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\nIn the event that\u00a0ArcelorMittal&#8217;s\u00a0liability\u00a0is incurred as a result of a breach of one of its obligations under these Terms of Use, the repair may not apply beyond direct damages, personal and some, to the express exclusion of the repair of all damages and \/ or indirect and immaterial damages, such as financial damages, commercial damages, operating losses and turnover, data IV of Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, any natural or legal person named or designated on\u00a0the Site\u00a0may request from A\u00a0rcelorMittal\u00a0a right of reply.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\nThe request for the exercise of this right of reply must be sent in writing to the publication director of the\u00a0Site\u00a0.\u00a0It must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt no later than three (3) months following the\u00a0posting\u00a0on\u00a0the Site\u00a0of the message that is the subject of the request.\u00a0The
